Flat Rent Arrears Should Be Handled Integratedly

City Council requested related institutions to handle flat rent arrears integratedly.

Later we will discuss it together to find the best solution for this case

"Council hopes there is integrated handling thus the relocated flat residents will have proper life and capable to pay flat rental," said Iman Satria, Chairman of City Council Commission D, Wednesday (7/26).

Meanwhile, Neneng Hasanah, Member of City Council Commission D added, Public Housing and Public Residential Dept. must issue policy refers to applicable rules.

"Later we will discuss it together to find the best solution for this case," she said.

Previously, Cipinang Flat Management Unit (UPRS) has sealed seven units of Cipinang Muara Flat because the unit owners had retribution arrears since 7-20 months ago.

Cipinang UPRS Head, Septalina Purba said, her side will search the cause first.

"We will see, either they are really cannot afford to pay or deliberately not pay it. We will find the solution if they considered unable to pay," she closed.
